The Center for Psychological Assessment has set up a project to provide academic services to various agencies in the fiscal year 2019-2022 as follows:
ศูนย์จิตวิทยาเพื่อประสิทธิภาพองค์กร คณะจิตวิทยา จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยมีบริการสำหรับนิสิต นักศึกษา และผู้สนใจที่มีความต้องการใช้มาตรวัดทางจิตวิทยาประกอบการศึกษาวิจัยต่าง ๆ สามารถดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนได้ต่อไปนี้
1. ค้นหาข้อมูลมาตรวัดที่ต้องการ จาก https://cuir.car.chula.ac.th/ โดยสามารถค้นหาได้จากคำสำคัญที่ต้องการ อาทิ “ความวิตกกังวล” , “การกำกับอารมณ์” หรือค้นหาจากชื่อของผู้จัดทำวิทยานิพนธ์ โดยมาตรวัดที่สามารถดำเนินการขออนุญาตใช้ได้นั้นต้องอยู่ในขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบของคณะจิตวิทยา จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย หรือเป็นวิทยานิพนธ์จากคณะจิตวิทยา จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยเท่านั้น
2. ดาวน์โหลดเอกสารการขอใช้มาตรวัด จาก QR Code ข้างต้น หรือ https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jGoWeUWTvwihHgYxVRW7J0ITO_5ZhKP4/view?usp=sharing พร้อมกรอกข้อมูลรายละเอียดให้ครบถ้วน ภายในเอกสารประกอบไปด้วย 2 ส่วนคือ
เมื่อตรวจสอบรายละเอียดถูกต้องเรียบร้อย สามารถส่งเอกสารให้ศูนย์ประเมินทางจิตวิทยาผ่านทาง psyassesscu@gmail.com เพื่อดำเนินการขออนุญาตใช้มาตรวัดต่อไปตามขั้นตอน (ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการประมาณ 1 – 2 สัปดาห์) เมื่อกระบวนการเสร็จสิ้นผู้ขอใช้มาตรจะได้รับเอกสารฉบับอนุมัติพร้อมมาตรวัดทาง e-mail ตอบกลับ
3. ประเมินความพึงพอใจในการรับบริการ ผ่านแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจโดยการแสกน QR code หรือที่ https://chulapsychology.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_cS9VcXgFuab8ATA เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ในการให้บริการและปรับปรุงบริการของศูนย์ประเมินทางจิตวิทยาต่อไป
