Biography
I teach courses on psychological testing and assessment, testing in industrial and organization, use of tests in development psychology, psychology of judgment and decision making, and various topics in research methodology and statistics. My research interests focus primarily on developing and validating psychological measures for use in applied settings, helping performers reach and go beyond their potentialities, and enhancing GLBTQ+ health and well-being. My research programs pursue a utilization of some recent advances in quantitative methods such as item response modeling, structural equation modeling, and meta-analysis.
