We gained great insights into how age diversity, knowledge exchange, and intergenerational collaboration can drive innovation and growth in organizations.
Dr. Pfrombeck shared his research on the positive and negative effects of older employees’ knowledge-seeking behavior from younger colleagues. He also discussed his upcoming publication on the effects of intergenerational training on digital collaboration readiness. We would like to express our special thanks to him for his contribution.
