Join us for a talk session on “Generations and Age in the Workplace: Unlocking the Potential of Age Diversity in Organizations through Knowledge Exchange” with Dr. Julian Pfrombeck from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

 

Dr. Pfrombeck will share insights from his research on age-diverse workplaces, exploring how knowledge sharing, feedback, and speaking up across generations can enhance growth and innovation.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on 19 May 2025 for the thought-provoking talk on “Generations and Age in the Workplace” with Dr. Julian Pfrombeck from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

 

We gained great insights into how age diversity, knowledge exchange, and intergenerational collaboration can drive innovation and growth in organizations.

 

Dr. Pfrombeck shared his research on the positive and negative effects of older employees’ knowledge-seeking behavior from younger colleagues. He also discussed his upcoming publication on the effects of intergenerational training on digital collaboration readiness.
