Biography
Dr. Sarawan Tangpatthamachart received her Ph.D. in demography and has a background in psychology and business administration (digital marketing). Her research focuses on older adults, especially cognitive functioning and active ageing. It extends to all age groups, including youth and the working-age population, in areas such as demographic change, human capital, global economic growth, and mobile banking payment behavior. She employs quantitative and panel data across national and global (macro-level) contexts. She has also participated in focus group discussions to support action plan development for older adult–related projects.
